How can I organise a group booking?
Our quotes are interactive so you are able to invite your group members through the quote and then they can book and pay separately as and when they are ready. They can also view all the details of the event, saving the organiser a lot of work. Alternatively, you can get in touch with one of our helpful activity experts via our contact page.

Will adverse weather conditions affect the booking?
Only in the most extreme conditions where we deem it would harm your safety or spoil your experience would we ever consider cancelling a booking. Adverse weather conditions are bound to occur but no matter the weather we'll strive to provide you with the best experience possible.
Are there any restrictions in place on your activities?
Yes, some of our venues will have certain requirements to be met in order to participate. This is most typically height, age and weight. If any such restriction is in place, it will be clearly stipulated in the package description.

What is Skydiving?
Skydiving is an extreme outdoor activity which involves the participant jumping out of a plane as they descend back to land with the aid of parachute.
What is Bungee jumping?
Bungee jumping is another extreme outdoor sport where the participant jumps from a high point with a strong elastic rope attached to their ankles to cause the jumper to bounce back on their approach to the ground.
What's the minimum age for skydiving/bungee jumping?
The age limit across the UK is 14 for Bungee jumping, with those aged 14 or 15 needing to be accompanied by a parent. The age limit for skydiving is 16. There is currently no upper age limit for either although we recommend that you're physically fit and healthy before doing the activity. If you have any doubts about your health it would be best to see your local GP before you do the activity.
What's a tandem jump?
Tandem jump means that you are tied together to an experienced instructor by a dual harness system and the instructor will be in control the entire time. This allows you to still experience the thrill of a skydive but you're able to relax and enjoy the views afterwards knowing your instructor is in full control of the situation.
Should I skydive if I'm scared of heights?
Fears are completely natural and everyone has them, skydiving will allow you to conquer this fear once and for all.
What is a bungee cord made of?
Bungee Cords are in truth very complex when it comes down to how they are designed but they are simply made from hundreds of strands of latex rubber bound together tightly to form a strong elasticated rope.
What height do I jump from whilst skydiving?
You'll jump from approximately 9,000 feet.
How fast will I free fall
You'll free fall at about 120mph, experiencing the most amazing feeling ever.
What is provided?
All safety equipment, harnesses and goggles are provided...oh, and we can't forget your parachute!
When can I do Skydiving/Bungee jumping?
Skydiving and Bungee jumping can be done weekdays or weekends, but this does depend on availability so we would advise to book ASAP to get your session time confirmed.
